Our prices are usually quoted with a one (1) hour minimum for interpretation services over the telephone. Also, (depending on the language) with two (2) , two and one-half (2 1/2) , three (3) and eight (8) hour minimum for on-site interpretations. Same-day requests are charged an additional $10.00 per hour.
Eight (8) hour minimum applies in cases if our interpreter will be required to travel to the interpretation site designated by your firm. Your firm may be responsible for airplane tickets, along with all traveling expenses including hotel accommodations and charges, ground transportation charges, as well as for a minimum of eight (8) hour workday for the interpreter.
All confirmed orders are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Such that your firm would be liable for one (1) hour of service time in case of telephonic cancellation, or for two (2) hours of service time for cancellations of on-site interpretation services. Unless your notice of cancellation is communicated to us at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the time identified for an interpretation.
Translations are calculated at $0.11 to $0.29 per target (language to be translated into) word, with a minimum of 300 words. For anything less then 300 words we charge between $75.00 and $100.00 depending on the language and nature of content.
Proofreading is calculated at $0.03 to $0.08 per word depending on the language and level of complexity.
