Interpretation Process

1. Customer submits request for interpretation, designating:
• Required foreign language.
• Type of Interpretation (Consecutive/Simultaneous/Telephone).
• Subject matter.
• Date, time and address of the location where interpretation should take place.
• Name, address, telephone, fax and e-mail of customer in charge.

2. ETB promptly contacts appropriate professional to inquire about availability.
3. Customer receives detailed estimate for review, approval and authorization.
4. Customer approves and authorizes services Interpreter receives our work-order.
5. Interpretation services performed according to customer's specifications.
6. Customer receives detailed invoice for rendered services.
